Agents/Exporters verifies FORM C30 with Nigeria Custom Service, Lilypond Export Command.
Agents/Exporters engages Diamond Star frontdesk@dsptafrica.com or visit Diamond Star Export Processing Terminals.
Upon receipt of verified FORM C30 and an application letter Diamond Star grants window to Agents/Exporters to access Diamond Star Gate-in Portal as well as the tariffs.
Agents/Exporters logs in to Diamond Star Gate-in Portal and complete the EPT Gate-in form by providing all of the required information for export containers. Booking to be made 20 days before vessel arrival date.
Diamond Star issues an invoice based on booking confirmation with shipping lines. Upon receipt of payment, EPT Gate-in Approval is granted to Agent/Exporter.
Diamond Star forwards schedule of export containers Trucks details to Truck Transit Park Ltd (TTP) for ETO Call up. Please note that only Trucks that are MSS (Minimum Safety Standard) certified are acceptable for call up.
Agent/Exporter prints Diamond Star Gate-in approval and give copy to driver with the correct details including Driver’s License. The driver shall present these for gate-in at Diamond Star gate.
Agent/Exporter picks up examination form from Custom immediately after drop off and presents all the required documents for clearance. Then follow up with Customs and Other government agencies for clearance at Diamond Star Export Processing Terminals.
Agent/exporter to issue letter of authorization to Diamond Star for the company representatives. Only one representative is expected for examination.
After a satisfactory examination, Diamond star ensures containers are sealed, released by Customs and moved to Port Terminals.
